• Diagnostic Evaluation 55 Minutes: $150

Diagnostic evaluations are only for clients who wish to be “long term” (More than 5 sessions) clients and participate in individual therapy. During this session we will go over your mental health/medical history and I will ask you questions related to your family and how you grew up. This will assist me in assessing your mental health needs and how to proceed. 

• Individual Therapy 55 Minutes: $120

Individual therapy is for long term clients (more than 5 sessions). This would be considered traditional counseling.

• Brief Therapy Session 20 Minutes: $40

Brief therapy sessions are reserved for active clients. This is only to be used in between sessions if an emergency comes up and is also subject to availability. If you request a brief therapy session, be aware that a session may not be available but I will do my best to accommodate. 

• Coping Skills Package 3, 55 Minute sessions: $330

The coping skills package consists of 3, 55 minute sessions. During these 3 sessions we will do a brief mental health history to understand what coping skills would best fit your needs. This is for clients that don’t need traditional therapy but are simply looking for some skills to add to your toolbox.

Note: If you cannot afford the full $330 up front, you may be put on the payment plan and pay for each session individually. See rates.

• Solution Focused Brief Therapy 5, 55 Minute Sessions: $500

The solution focused package consists of 5, 55 minute sessions. During the 5 sessions we will do a very brief mental health history to understand your mental health needs and I will assist you in navigating solutions for your future. Solution focused therapy is a short-term evidenced based practice that focuses on solutions as opposed to the problems that bring you to therapy. SFBT is goal driven and focuses on your future.

No show fee: Please give me a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Any no-show appointments are subject to a $50 no show fee. 

Late cancellation fee: Please give me a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Any notice under 24 hours is subject to a $50 cancellation fee. 

Paperwork Fee: Any paperwork that I am asked to fill out such as HRT letters, housing letters, professional opinion/recommendation letters, etc. Are subject to a $20 fee.
